Kenza Hadj-Moussa joined TakeAction Minnesota in 2017. She previously served as the communications and development director of the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless where she advanced statewide policy around health care, housing, and economic security. Her communications work started at a housing agency, St. Stephen’s Human Services. Meeting folks on the streets and in homeless shelters, she helped hundreds of Minnesotans share their experiences with elected officials and the media through a high tech Flip camera.
As Director of Public Affairs and Communications, Kenza leads our media work and narrative change strategy.
Kenza serves as the board chair of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits. She has a Masters in Advocacy and Political Leadership from UMD and is a graduate of Guilford College. She’s also a certified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
