Healthcare Potluck Series: Womxn of Color and Mental Health

Join us for the launch of our monthly healthcare potlucks! At TakeAction Minnesota, one of our core values is that we heal together in public. We will be coming together with other womxn of color in our community to share what our experiences have been like with mental health and access to providers, we will be doing some self-care activities, sharing resources for low cost mental health services, and will be participating in a short training on getting grounded in our stories.
Please feel free to bring a dish or non-alcoholic beverage to share.

St Cloud Community Doorknock for the Primaries

Join TakeAction to doorknock in the St Cloud area. We will be taking time to talk to community members about why care is important and why we are grounding our elections on the bases of caring for our communities rather than fearing our community. Our work is important, powerful and will help u show up joyfully through November! Come be apart of something bigger than just our organizations build individually!
Join us for a day of joy, conversations and celebrating the work we are doing to create a more empowered community.
Training will be provided starting at 5pm and food will be provided after the doorknock!

We at TakeAction believe that we all have enough for us to thrive, that no one should go without and that we should govern collectively to create a world where everyone is in and nobody is out. But we can not do this alone and we can not do this in meeting rooms and small events. We must work together to bring new people into the movement we are building and we must have tough but powerful conversations about what they need from their community to thrive.
Help us register voters, talk to people about the things that matter to them and invite them to upcoming events!
