St. Paul Ward 4 Candidate Forum

St. Paul City Council Ward 4 special election candidates Mitra Nelson, Shirley Erstad and David Martinez, will participate in a forum Wednesday, July 18 at the University of St. Thomas. The forum will be from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in 100 McNeely Hall, on the southwest corner of Summit and Cleveland avenues.
