The African Voting Bloc of Minnesota

This meeting is an invitation to all Africans to join us in sharing and developing a political vision we see for ourselves and families in Minnesota. We will be discussing, what effective communication within our communities and amongst ourselves look like, what our political vision and community interests are and how we can get there together as a collective voting bloc.

WOC Political Healers who are committed to hosting spaces of validation throughout the state of Minnesota are convening to discuss strategy, tactics, and priorities towards making Minnesota equitable and inclusive for womxn of color. This space is for cis and trans womxn and femmes of color who have been trained to be a Political Healer.
We are a space that is created for/by/with womxn of color. We define womxn of color as anyone who identifies personally with the intentions of this space. WOC Political Healers are cis and trans womxn and femmes of color who believe that we are worthy of investment and that we have a role in leveraging resources for the betterment of our communities. This event is about us getting together, sharing a meal, and co-creating our electoral strategy to make sure that our collective power is wielded on our terms and for our collective healing.
We are a space that is created by/with/for womxn of color. We define womxn of color as anyone who identifies personally with the intentions of this space. Cis and trans womxn and femmes of color will be centered throughout this event. No prior experience in politics is necessary.
